Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Presson, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Presson is a personal daily effort tracking application. It allows you to log your daily effort level on a 1-5 scale, optionally add notes and media, view your history and statistics, and connect with friends.

Account and Security

Your account is tied to your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If you lose access to your device, you may lose access to your account unless you have linked it to another device using the sync feature.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malware or malicious code

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Presson (notes, photos, videos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not monitor or review user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Privacy

Your use of Presson is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Presson available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Presson is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presson and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Presson and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
